This bundle was curated by Executive Winemaker Ann Sperling and Good Wine Gal - Barb Wild with Regenerative Agriculture and Natural Wines in mind.

This carefully curated 6 pack showcases our phenomenal line-up of Natural wines:

  • Organic Speritz Pet Nat
    • Refreshing and lovely, made from Perle de Csaba planted in 1934. Aromas of pear, peach, with some hints of stony mineral hint on the palate along with a soft effervescence. A perfect patio afternoon wine, enjoy with some fresh grilled calamari or any seafood appetizer.” - Jennifer Havers, Natalie MacLean

  • Flint (Orange Vidal) 2021
    • Our Vidal grapes, grown in The Labyrinth were the last grapes we harvested in 2021. Our philosophy for natural winemaking is that the grapes have to have the right properties, naturally, at harvest to ultimately make a tasty, balanced, and age-worthy wine.
  • Natural Amber Pinot Gris 2021
    • We’ve always had a holistic approach to our winemaking using native and organic yeasts but each time we make this wine, we dig deeper into a grape that everyone making wine or drinking it in the Okanagan thinks they know. The result is a whole expression of Pinot Gris vines that have adapted themselves over 20 years to our site. It is not an expression of vessel, but a savory expression of the complete grape. It may be an umami expression through the grape, but there’s no denying that this wine loves food.
  • Vision Chardonnay 2017
    • Wild yeast fermented, rich wine of character. Our Chardonnay vines are grown on deep, calcium-rich clay soils with ultra-fine limestone particles. Drink with grilled fish; caramelized onion tart with salty accents like anchovies, or mushroom ragout.
  • NV Ruby Pet Nat
    • An organic RED bubbly! We fermented whole clusters of Old Vines Foch for 5 days, then pressed, and blended in a bit of Pinot Noir.
  • Old Vines Foch Reserve 2018
    • Very old vines, planted in the 1960s on gravelly soil with amazingly deep roots, this fruit is small berried, dark and rich but never jammy.
